Actually, its very simple to use which makes it an ideal piece for making daily breakfast.....All pros......not sure about the durability...if its not durable, that will be the only con. (just using it for a month now)

My kids love this, they can make sandwiches whenever they want, no muss, no fuss, quick easy and simple. much loved in my house!

My wife had been bugging me for some time to get a grilled cheese sandwich maker. I searched but couldn't find one here in Hawaii, and was lucky to find this on Amazon! Now we are enjoying grilled cheese sandwiches, and trying new things using such things like corned beef!

Many of our friends did not have a clue what we were talking about when we mentioned toasted sandwiches. We put cheese inside and butter on the outside, marvelous result. Cannot eat too often, too many calories.

I loved this product! It worked so well and it came in the mail so quickly! This product is the best!

This is exactly like the one I had when my husband and I got married many years ago. Thankfully the company knew they had a "keeper" by not changing a thing about the sandwich maker. It's very easy to use and easy to clean. Anyone with children will appreciate this as kids like to "create" their own sandwiches and with little or no supervision, depending on their age, your kids will come to love the concept of being able to make their own sandwich with this little gem.
